This policy describes how Kimberlite Financial Services, LLC ("Kimberlite," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website. A separate Privacy Notice governing client relationships under Regulation S-P is provided to advisory clients at account opening and is available on request.
Information you give us. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address. If you schedule a call through our scheduling tool, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and any notes you choose to provide. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically. This website uses Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you reached the site. We use this information only in aggregate, to improve the site's content and performance — we do not use it to identify you personally, and this site does not run advertising trackers or serve ads. Our hosting provider and the embedded service providers listed below may also log standard technical data to operate their services.
We use the information you provide to (a) send you the educational content you signed up for, (b) schedule and conduct the conversations you request, and (c) respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy: Google Analytics (website usage measurement), MailerLite (email subscriptions), Calendly (appointment scheduling), and our website hosting provider. We share with them only what is needed to provide their function.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may ask us to delete your contact information by emailing us. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can block or clear cookies through your browser settings. Note that securities regulations require us to retain certain business records, including some communications, for a minimum of five years; where a legal retention duty applies, it controls.
We limit access to your information to the people and providers who need it, and we do not enter your personally identifiable information into artificial-intelligence tools.
